Re: How can I install Oracle10g in HP-UX v11.11
you need to install the Quality patches.
Did you go through the required pre-install tasks and run the RDA script to verify that your environment is ready for the installation?
please see:

and also to download the latest patches, please go to:

hope this helps!

Re: How can I install Oracle10g in HP-UX v11.11
Note also that the standard HP-UX patch bundles are cumulative. Oracle's documentation regarding required patches and bundles is outdated. Installing the current SupportPlus bundle will meet the operating system requirements.
if you need any additional help, please let us know.
kind regards

Re: How can I install Oracle10g in HP-UX v11.11
I have found the latest bundle.
The file I downloaded is GOLDQPK11i_B.11.11.0612.459.depot.
But I'm not sure how to install it.
I used "chmod 777" to modify its permissions and run it. The OS said that "Excute permission denied".
Can you help me to slove this problem?

Solutionhttp://www8.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/releasePage.do?BC=main|releaseIndexPage|&releaseId=5013-6539
Download a bundle to let's say /tmp and run
swinstall -s /tmp/your_bundle.depot
to start the interactive installer.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
