How to get notified when an SR/ER is fixed

HP has a service that will send you notification when a SR/ER has been addressed.

You need to get in touch with a HP Support Person who can enter your information into the SR Notify Database.

Required entries are:
SR/ER #
Your Name
Company Name
Your Email Address

Get in touch with a support person by logging a Support Case, or using Web Collaboration.

Web Collaboration:
This is a new tool. If you have access to the Knowledge Base, look for the Web Collab icon. Currently this tool is staffed by engineers who can help in the system admin and networking areas. (For instance if you have a question about Omniback or C++, you would be better served by logging a support case.) As the use of this tool grows, we'll add more areas of support.

Web Collab allows you to immediately chat with a support person.

Can we have multiple email addresses separated by semicolons or commas??
