Informix SE Optimization

I am looking for information on possible configurable/tuneable parameters that can be used to optimize how much processor time and resources Informix SE has. I know Informix Online/Dynamic Server has onconfig, but what the config file for Informix SE ?

The product is currently running on an HP9000 L2000 server with HP/UX 11.11.

Anyone got any useful information or links to documents ?
