If you want to list the current Kernel Parameters of the system:

# sysdef

OR use SAM -> Kerenel Configuration.

If you're using Oracle, there
are reccomendation for the HPUX kernal parameters in the install guide. Also, your application may have reccomendations for the kernal parameters.
