OB3.5 and ORACLE8i

I am trying to get omniback to backup an oracle8i database, I get an error of ORA-19550. Which states rman cant connect to a multithreaded server, I read thqt I am supposed to add to the connect line SERVER=DEDICATED, I assume thats omniback conenct line to the oracle database, but I dont see anywhere that I can enter that information, or where its connect string is stored. Any Idea's?

oops I answerred my own question, I added another SID to tnsnames.ora. Now I can see it.
