ODBC Driver

Dear Admins,
We are planning to install oracle ODBC Driver version: unixODBC-2.3.0, in our HP-UX server.
Could any one help me in providing the installation steps as well as with the depot/driver file link?
HP-UX B.11.23 U ia64
Oracle 10g
