OEM not starting up
I have recently reinstalled Oracle 9i on HP-UX 11, but I can't get the Oracle Enterprise Manager Console to start up.
It displays the browser window attached, but nothing else happens. Is there anything else I need to install or startup first?

I thought that I was because I had thought.

Re: OEM not starting up
Victor,
What version of IE are you using, and is it supported by Oracle? Have you tried Netscape?
You might also need a newer version of java installed.
