Oracle 9i, when deleting a big database, got : vmunix mock_region failed

Hi Guys... me again,

I've already posted some other issues..
(now my last one ;-))

When I delete a database in oracle with DBCA.

Systems get very slow (VHAND paging).
and DMESG says:

"vmunix: MLOCK_REGION failed. "

my /etc/privgroup = dba MLOCK RTPRIO RTSCHED

Or is it so that because it is a big database
it runs out of memory, or can I tune the oracle memory allocation.. and where do I do this..
