Oracle Installer problem while installing Oracle 7.3.2.3 in HP-UX 10.20

Hi, I'm trying to install Oracle 7.3.2.3 in HP-UX 10.20. After mounting the CD-ROM drive, I'm getting this error when i try to run the oracle installer from the /oracle_link/orainst directory.
"./orainst[202]: ./orainst.cm: not found"

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks so much
Sri

Do a pfs_mount on the Oracle disks. This will get rid of the ;1 from the file name.

Do one step of the time, and retry to start after each step.
Follow the instruction to get pfs_mount (actually edit the /etc/pfs_fstab ,
and run the other 2 nohup commands to mount it:
nohup /usr/sbin/pfs_mountd & nohup /usr/sbin/pfsd &

1.Did you pfs_mount the cdrom? If not, see http://atwnt370.external.hp.com/cm/components/FileAttachment/0,1167,0x9166c5ea0230d411ade80090279cd0f9,00.htm
and mount it as pfs_mount.
2.Do you have the terminal corect set up? (TERM and DISPLAY variable)
3. You'll need PHCO_16734 or its newes release.
4.Have previously oracle user created under group dba (eventually get ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID variable set up before starting) and start the installation under oracle user.
Check the Oracle documenatation about installation on HP.
Hope this helps.
