SG vs Sybase

Hello,

Someone know if exist any problem between ServiceGuard and Sybase.

Service Guard A.11.12
Sybase 12.0.0

I have used MC/SG in Sybase environment and never had any issues with that. You need to be aware of the patches, Kernel tuning, load balancing etc.

Do you have a specific problem in mind?

Make sure you have installed the latest patch for SG11.12 from the ITRC web site. There was an issue early on, but not just with Sybase, where any Application that happened to use SIGALRM did not start or work properly with SG.
