SQL Server is terminating this process CT-LIBRARY error

Hi all
One of our user running a script on server with sybase databases. It used to run for 20 hrs. But now it is getting aborted after 15hrs. Recently we have migrated from hp-ux 11.00 to 11i and from N-class to L-class.
The following error is thrown from the scipt.

The SQL Server is terminating this process.

CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_send(): network packet layer: internal Client Library error: State error: trying to write when connection is expecting a read.
CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_cancel(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect

Can anybody be able to trace what is the problem?
