Sybase Error Message

Hi everybody!
I have an HP9000/N4000 with RAM 8.5 GB, hpux 11.00 and Sybase 11.9.2, on the other hand I have a NT 4 Server with Sybase 11.0.3, my problem is the next message:
Can't open a connection to site 'SOPORTE08' because 'set up channel' message was not acknowledged

This message appear in both systems.

Somebody can help me? I don?t know what?s happening.
