TNS-12560 TNS: Protocol adapter error

In heavy i/o operation, the HP is very slow. I noticed this message in the listener log:

TNS-12560 TNS: Protocol adapter error
HPUX Error:233: No buffer space available.

Any idea??

Hi.
You should check the buffer cache parameter in your kernel. We have set the buffer cache to
ten percent of the RAM installed in our machine.
