Cron knows how to handle these switches into and out of daylight savings (summer) time, so if the is a job scheduled for 1am and there are two 1am's then the job will only run on the first one. Also if there is a job scheduled for 2:30am and the time jumps from 2am to 3am then the job will run as if the change had not happened.

We ran some tests on one of our unused servers and found, as described in the man pages, that there was a 70 minute delay between the two at jobs. It was reported to me that, last year, there was only a 10 minute delay on a customer site. I can only assume I was misinformed or the at jobs were incorrectly scheduled.
