Where is application server?

I have the CD packs for Oracle8i and Applications 11i (for HPUX) but don't see anything for an applications server. I thought this was a integrated part of the 11i applications. Can someone tell me if it is hiding in what I have or do I have to order it separately? thanks

I belive Application Server is one of the "Operation Environments" in 11i. Check the 11i installation manual.
