de-install Oracle734 for HP-UX 10.20 and install Oracle734 for HP-UX 11

First of all, after I upgrade my HP-UX 10.20 to HP-UX 11, my Oracle database 7.3.4.4 will not work on the OS11. So I need to de-install Oracle734 for HP-UX 10.20 and install Oracle734 for HP-UX 11. Is there any step-by -step de-install and install documentation to guide me through this process?
Thanks.

I would recommend a cold install rather than an upgrade. I've experienced lots of problems with upgrading. Not to mention the 20+ hours needed to do the upgrade.

As for oracle, export your data. Install the new version, then import your data.

I am not sure that you have to reinstall, but if you do, the Oracle Documentation CD will be helpful. Also if you have Metalink there is a great deal of useful info there. Make sure that you have a good backup of the existing installation. If running Oracle Apps, back up all binaries under $APPL_TOP. I did a clean install of Oracle server and Apps and needed several binaries from my backup to make things work (even though they were 10.20 binaries going onto 11.0 system. I have not done a deinstall, but almost everything is under $ORACLE_HOME.
