Re: dec 2000 bundle
IS there a reason you want such an old set of patches? The current bundle is (called Support Plus) is September 2001 and is available here in the ITRC main page (itrc.hp.com). Select the word: more... in the center of the first page, then select: standard patch bundles (support plus) in the center of the next page.
There are 2 collections: HWE which are primarily selected to run new hardware and general release which are the rest of the patches.
Some venodrs will reference old patches in their documentation because the docs have not been updated. 22 months is a long step back into history...

Re: dec 2000 bundle
Bill is so correct! You need to load Sept 2001's, not Dec 2000. Dec 2000 was full of bug's!

Re: dec 2000 bundle
Hi:
I suspect that you have documentation that specifically cites this now old patch bundle. As indicated, you should ignore that and utilize a current (September 2001) Quality Pack Bundle for the broadest support.
If you want to see if a specific patch is in the current set, go to the ITRC -> Maintenance and Support -> Downloads/Licensing -> Standard Patch Bundles -> View Support Plus Releases.
Remember too, that if you follow this path but choose Downloads/Licensing -> Individual Patches, and query for a specific patch, you will see any succesor patch suggested as the most current replacement.
Regards!
