disk space /var dir almost full : arch.include.1 ?

Hello everyone,

We are running out of diskspace on the /var volume which contains a big file arch.include.1

Can we delete it ? I don't know what its purpose is.

Hi Jan,

I let HP Support check out the disk. At the time there was some excessive logging (stm) going on and eventually it turned out that
there was a mirrored disk problem.

The arch.include.1 files was 2 MB in size which was the biggest file in the /var dir at that time. The file was not the problem but other several smaller log files were generated frequently.

HP Support took care of it.
