the gerneral release for December ???

Yes, I would go ahead and install the GR patch bundle from Dec. Do a "Match What Target Has" so you don't have to install ALL the patches.

Solution
For 11.0, the process for installing patches has been improved. Rather than Match Target, be sure to go to the Manage Patch Selection... instead. Then mark the second box:
[X] Automatically select patches for existing software on the target.
In this way, all the patches and their dependencies are handled. Match Target is really designed more for applications while patches can be more pervasive, stretching across several areas in the opsystem.
