libpam_unix.1 error message in syslog.log

Hi all,

After I create a restrict FTP a/c in 11.00, below error message is found, file is there and has 555 permission. Any idea?

what about all 3 dirs, do they have 555 ?
/usr
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/security
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...
