libwtc.so file missing for Oracle 10gR2

Hi,

Why Oracle 10gR2 does not contain shared library libwtc10.so file. If the file is being renamed/merged with some other library , please let me know.

What is this library used for?

It would be preferrable to ask Oracle itself. I would suggest that you create a service request concerning this requirement on Metalink.
