I will migrate from oracle 8.0.6.3 to oracle 8.1.7.0 and then to 8.1.7.4

I need to know the patch(s) i have to install
or where i can found the list of patchs.

Usually the best place is Oracle, but on the HP site, these are some listed patches for 8.1.7

Hi

Oracles advised patchlevel for HP-UX states that all you need is the march general release:
HP-UX 11.00
Latest Support Plus Bundle is 'March 2002 SP-0203'
Part Number: 5012-0049

No additional patches is required.
