Well as my German is not exactly good, I have aproblem trawling through the German site looking for info like that.
To my knowledge if you have a SAP S-user (I think that is what it is called ) account, then you have access to things like that.

There is a Contact button there, you could use thaht and ask them direct?

All online guides for several releasea in diffrent languages including japanese and russian.

Choose

SAP R/3 and Release 4.6C to be quite current
or
Web Application Server -> 6.20 to be in the future.
