shl_load thread local storage error while install Oracle 10g

hi,
I was trying to install oracle 10g 10.2.0.1 into my HP UX box (B.11.11), but the error "/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't shl_load() a library containing Thread Local Storage" prompt and the installation terminate. Is there anyone can direct me the solution for this?
