swverify -v check_permission=true SystemAdmin

trying to verify permissions between existing installation an a product installed and listed in /var/adm/products/

I have found that swverify apparently can do this with the check_permission option, but I'm getting the following error...
any ideas,

kibo:root> swverify check_permission=true SystemAdmin

Re: swverify -v check_permission=true SystemAdmin

I'm also interested to know if there is a way to find out if the ownership is still the same as in the INFO file.

Re: swverify -v check_permission=true SystemAdmin

Hi Bill,

You need the -x switch, and it's check_permissions=true, i.e. add an s before "="

Re: swverify -v check_permission=true SystemAdmin

Thanks Robin,
I had spent half an hour on that and even looked in the man to verify my syntax!
I need to go out for a drink...
