12H Autoraid - no address table - arrayrecover fails

Greetings,

We have an old K server running HP-UX 10.20 connected to an old Autoraid...

Yesterday, one of the controller failed (no redundancy).

I made some searches and found this thread that matches my problem:

However, I can't find any Recover command under the "Cntl Changes" menu.

When I try to run arrayrecover from the Unix prompt, I get:

# arrayrecover -p 0000001385AA
Firmware capability level < 3 on subsystem: 0000001385AA

The current firmware version of the autoraid is: HP32.

Do I have to upgrade it in order to recover the array configuration?

Any help/suggestion is highly appreciated.

TIA.

Kind Regards,

Rui.
