1783 array controller failure

Hello I installed a 3200 array controller in my proliant 6500 and during post I get a 1783 array controller failure message. Any fixes or workarounds to get this thing working? Is it a compatibility problem?

Either the firmware on the 3200 or you have a hard drive that has failed. Please run the Array Diagnostic Utility to see if it's a hard drive and/or update the firmware on the 3200 and the BIOS.
