2DH Arrary - Proliant 1600

We have an old 1600 with a Smart Array 2DH card in it. Somehow the Array Configuration has been deleted. We have tried different controllers and even another whole 1600. Any ideas on how I might get the array back?

You array configuration is stored on the harddrives. So the server/sa 2dh tries to read the configuration from the harddrives at power on self test.
