3200 in dell 2400

Will this work? 3200 controller in a dell poweredge 2400? I get a message when the card is initializing saying "Host System does not support PCI Data Bus Parity Checking" Is this important?

We don't support it... No way to say what will happen. The Dell most likely can't handle configuring the controller (guarantee it can't) so you may have to install it in a Compaq first. Even then, no guarantees or official support exists for this.
