I would like to setup three raid 1's on a server. Can I do this with a 6404 controller?

I don't know your hardware environment, but I am pretty sure you can do that, provided that it sees 6 disks (assuming 3 disk drive arrays, each with 2 physical disks - other veriants are possible, too).

Too better explain what I want to do is:
I'm looking at is to have two 36g drives mirrored for the OS, two 146g drives mirrored and two 300g drives mirrored.
Can I have above 3 raid 1's running off a single 6404 controller?

Yes. You can connect up to 56 physical disk drives and create up to 32 logical disks.
