ACU-CLI for hpux
Hi !
I'm installing a new msa1000 active/active on my hpux (rx6600) box with 2 hbas direct attachment.
Previously I create the raid group and the LUN from an Windows Box.
1) I can't see a msa line in the ioscan output
Any idea ?
2) Where can I download the MSA-CLI and ACU for hpux 11iv2 ? I saw nothing for hpux on the msa pages.

Re: ACU-CLI for hpux
hi,
you cannot downlaod the cli, this is built into the MSA1000 box. You access it through the serial port and can configure/view the storage and controllers here.
see this link for details of how to use it
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00683579/c00683579.pdf
I dont believe there is a ACU for hpux like there is for windows either.
once the luns are created you should see these in your ioscan output.

Re: ACU-CLI for hpux
CLI for HP-UX is available on the "hp StorageWorks modular Smart array 1500 cs Active/Active Support Software CD" which can be downloaded from the HP driver&software website.
