About present in EVA
Hi,
I met a problem when I installed a EVA3000. I can't present VD to Host continuously. I must wait for about 10 minutes to preset next VD to host. for example: when I preset VD1 ,and click "OK" , and prepare to preset next VD ,when I dblclick the VD2,the "operate failed" messages display .
Is it normal?

Re: About present in EVA
No, it does not sound OK to wait 10 minutes for a presentation to finish, but I have never double-clicked a VD. Can you take a look on your Storage Management Appliance? Recently, I have seen a system that was very busy, so all CV-EVA operations were slowed down.

Re: About present in EVA
Hi there, tell me a little bit more about the several versions. Like OSM? (2.x), Command View EVA? (3.x), VCS?.
On heavily loaded EVA it could take some time. Try to make a VD when there is less I/O.
