Solution
"out of 10 , 3(redundancy)+1(hot spare)=4 hdd will be used by VA7400 and only 6 hdd space will be available as logical drive(6*72=432GB).which will make the total available space to 739 GB."
your calculations seem to be in order, just the last number 739GB will be the total space, the available space for data/Luns will be around 400G.
If you have the opertunity, when you replace all the disks and before creating any LUNs' I suggest you change the settings raid1, raid5, 1 disk for hot spare, 2 disks for hot spare, auto hot spare..... so you can see the diffrences.
