Array Configuration Utility Locked
One of our Compaq Proliant servers connected to our RA4100 via the Fibre Channel controllers has died and probably needs a W2K rebuild.
It was running the Array Configuration Utility at the time, which is now locked when we try to access it from another server.
We receive a warning message which states that the lock should be removed in less than an hour if there is no process running. It's now about 3 hours!! HELP!
