I have a two controller HP RAID sytem. I got a message this morning via EMS saying controller X has failed and is not responding to the system.
I have done some diagnostics and found this to be true.
What should be my next step in troubleshooting/fixing?

Solution
Call your local HP customer engineer to replace the controller. Since you did not provide any information about the type of array that you havem your CE can tell you whether the controller can be replaced while the system continues to run. If the array must be powered down, perform your normal shutdown procedures in HP-UX.

Re: Array Controller Failed
I was afraid of that answer.
By the way, it's a 12H model A3515A and I have already placed the call.
Thanks for validating my fears.
