Array failures to often

Question Why do the 3200 controllers fail so much. I have used 32 of them in the past 8 months. I support 200 servers!!

I am afraid I have nothing to offer as far as help. I just have exactly the same issue, we have had a 20% failure rate of these 3200's and compaq have no answer to the issue. Help.
