AutoRaid-corrected write/read errors

AutoRaid 12H Frm HP60 Patch PCHO_21309
Two links from K-server, 12 disk modules
Problem: arraylog shows
Total corrected write errors = 1855
Total corrected read errors = 456142
numbers slightly different for various disks but similar.
Seagate writes Total corrected read errors <10 for 10000000000000 bits
Why can we have so many errors and what to do? Who have what number of errors?
Never stop searching for the best
