Backup problem

Hi,
I am facing a problem with
HP Sure store Ultrium Library 2/20 RK LVDS.It does a proper backup from drive 1 but gives problem while taking backup from drive 2.
Evening while scanning it sometimes gives problem, but works fine if done for the second time manually.
Has any one faced such problem? Kindly help me to solve this problem

If you always receive errors on drive 2 then it's possible that drive is not good. Install HP LTT from http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg50128.html , generate support ticket and attach to your next reply. After checking library with LTT please pay attention to its recommendations
