Battery Failed on Smart Array 642

Hi,

i have a ProLiant ML350 G3 includet a Smart Array Controller 642.

The Storage Agent tells me:
Drive Array Accelerator Battery Failed. The array accelerator board attached to the array controller in slot 1 is reporting a battery failure.
[SNMP TRAP: 3027 in CPQIDA.MIB]

I recently installed the newst Driver 5.62.0.32 from 14.06.2004.

Now i wanted to install the newst Firmware like here described:

But the setup dont let me, dont start to install aborted before.

Any suggestions what to do ?

If the error message was the same as mine when installing component CP005133.exe, being "There were no devices found that could be loaded with ROM image", try installing using the Command-line 'setupc.exe' version, rather then the GUI 'Setup.exe', which must have problems.
