Business Copy or Snapshot
Greetings
Attached is the Backup Session extract from the Data Protector.
In our scenario we are using the concept of Split/Mirror Business copy for Disaster Recovery of Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
The Business copy LUNs are than mounted to other Itanium machines from where the Data is backed up on tape.
The whole process is attached herewith which is copy from Data Protector.
In this session it is written the backup type as snapshot. This is now little bit confusing for me.
Can someone helpout in this matter.
Mansoor

Re: Business Copy or Snapshot
Buisness Copy is the name of the HP product that can create internal copies or snapshots.
The term snapshot is used as an acronym.
