Calculation of Latency for an EVA 4400

Hi Group,
Need your help in calculating Latency issues related to an EVA 4400.This Eva is hosting Exchange 2007 data and hosts attached to it are cluster servers which are reporting latency.
do we need to calculate IOPS from each host for further investigation.

Use EVAPerf to get information on the traffic on each vdisk and host connection.

Thank you for your quick response.
I tried using EVA perf and the only command i am able to execute is evaperf ls.
for all other commands,i get a message saying Access is denied.
Any specific reason for this message.

That's done through the WOCP:

Procedure
1. Select Administrator Options > Configure Administrator login options. The Administrator Login Options page opens.
2. Follow the instructions on the page.
