Can HP/Compaq EVA do concurrent microcode upgrades?
See end of page 8 and top of page 9 of attached document describing upgrade of EVA from V1 to V2...
"NOTE: During the EMU firmware upgrade, all of the disk drives are listed in the Unmappable
Hardware folder and all of the disk enclosure bays disappear. The firmware upgrade can take up to
10 minutes to complete. After the upgrade has completed...
7. Click Finish after the HSV Controllers have restarted and progress counter counts down to 0."
What I need to know is whether or not the disks are available for use during this "up to 10 minutes" process????
Thanks to all for your help!
