Can one revert to previous replaced HDD?

Hi All

I am about to replace the hard drives in my HP NetServer LH4 with newer drives. The current configuration is RAID50. My question is this. Should I encounter problems with my new drives would I be able to insert the old drives (in the correct order of course) again? Obviously I would have to restore the previous NetRAID configuration to recognise again the old drives. Your comments would be much appreciated.

The RAID configuration is stored on your disks, so if you would have to move back to the old disks then make sure to load the NetRAID configuration from disks.
