Can see MSA1000 Controller only on one Clusternode

Hi @ all out there,

I have a strange problem with my MSA1000 setup.

We have a RHEL 4 Cluster using FC's connecting to the MSA1000.

It works fine. We can mount LogicalDrives from both Clusternodes, and all is fine.

Allmost all...

I can only see the MSA1000 in the ACU on one node, but not on the other one.

But as I said: Mounting drives works on both nodes !

Tried rescan, but can't see the MSA.

OK, I can live with this issue because I can connect with the ACU on Node1.

But... it isn't really logical to me, why I can't see the MSA1000 in the ACU-XE utility on the other node.

Both nodes are connected to the first controller (active).

/proc/scsi/scsi does display the volumes on the MSA1000 too.

So... the OS sees the MSA1000 (as I said, mounting the drives works too).

But I can't detect the Controller using the ArrayConfigUtility (both versions of the util are identical !)

Any ideas ?

I've got exactly the same problem, but the server from which I had access to the MSA Controller cannot now see it after a reboot.
I have lost all access to the MSA Controller but the server sees the logical disks originally presented. Any help would be appreciated
