Can't see logical drive after adding array

Hi,
Wasn't sure if I should have added this to Storage or Servers....

Anyhow, we have two ML370's running MS Clustering connected via Fiber Hub to a RA4100. I added another array in the RA4100 using SmartStart and later tried ACU and successfully setup a logical drive for the new space. In NT, however, Disk Manager says that I am missing the disk or configuration for the logical drive.
Also, we added drives to the first array 2 years ago without any problems. Any ideas??
