Re: Cant LogIn to MSA2312SA
Hello, im using Putty to try to connect. when i hit enter some gibberish shows on the screen and then seems like it freezes. Any idea why i cant connect or gibberish is showing?
My end result is trying to configure IP address for dual controllers and reset passwords.
thanks!

Re: Cant LogIn to MSA2312SA
Hi Felipe.
I reckon the issue has been sorted out after we changed the settings for Serial Connection to Below:
Bits per second = 115200, Data bits = 8, Parity = None, Stop bits = 1, and Flow control = None.
Feel free to email me, if you are still facing any issues with regards to same.

Re: Cant LogIn to MSA2312SA
Execute below commands from SSH.
# set spares disks 1.6
# set spares disks 1.7
If the Vdisk is in a Critical Status, it will start rebuilding.
If the Vdisk is Offline, it means there are more disk failed then RAID can tolerate. Its a potential Data Loss situation.
You can check Vdisk status and Rebuilding status by
#show vdisks
