Command View 8 Web browser wont open

When opening command view i get the normal certificate error and then web site found and waiting for reply but nothing more, I have rebooted the server several times but it has not helped. It does not get as far as the login prompt.

Look in Windows services, see if "HP Command View" is running.

If it's running and you don't get CV to load, then you must open a case and get HP to look at the CV logs (in the Trace folder).

Or uninstall CV 8 and install CV 9.1, it works better.
