I have a question about the command view license.
I have installed an EVA4000 upgrade to EVA8000
and before I have upgrade the command view 6.02 to 8.0.2
Now the customer had buy the upgrade license command view HP CV EVA 3k/4k Upgd to 8k Ser Unlim Lic product number T5186A and we have insert this license on the command view
We had a problem on the screen command view because there is a yellow allarm
I think that there is some thing missing
Can you help me for understand what the customer needs

BC= Business Copy (Snapshots, Clones etc.)
CA= Continuous Access (Mirroring)

you need only the license files for the used capacity of the EVA, the LTUs for Command View. Nothing else. But CV installs trial licenses for CA and BC and this would explain the yellow questionmark in your navigation pane.
Take a look into the physical view of the EVA. If there are no warnings, everything should be fine.

And which the procedure to install the upgrade from cv 6.0.2 to 8.0.2?

yes. With CV 7.0 it was mandatory to have a license file. This should be shipped to you or your customer if the EVA was under support. If your EVA wasn't under support, then you might need to buy a new license. You should contact your HP sales representive for more informations.
