Command View SDM error

I'm trying load Command View SDM in My Internet Explorer. I have next error message:
Init error for device:'http://ip-address:port/cmdViewVA.html'
Init Error: Initial Device Exception
Failed to open target http:WaitForLogon Failed NOT BOUND IN REGISTRY

What does it mean?
What should I do?

HI,

You have to include the IP address of this client in the server's access.dat file. Only then can it start a commandview session over web.

By Server, I mean, the server on which the commandview SDM is loaded.

I have been added my IP in
/opt/sanmgr/hostagent/config/access.dat file.
It didn't help me.
