Command View error

I had a Command View 1.07 installed on a L2000 connected to a VA7410 that perfectly worked, after the move in the other subnet,and modify
the fileses with the information of the host,
the command launcher fails.
" Internal Error 106. Unable to launch management software verify that software is installed correctly"
I would also have thought of reinstall the Commnad View 1.07
or to install the 1.08 but where I can take the license that is installed ?
Or it is not necessary ?
